Mentoring Matters Mentoring programs serve as a platform for organizations to discuss career goals while offering development opportunities and guidance to employees who are willing to advance professionally. When executed appropriately in organizations, mentoring programs, whether formal or informal, can serve to benefit the organization and the individual.
